Mrs. Kim Cole is proud to serve as the Principal of Allen Frear Elementary School – home of the AFE Champs! A former member of the Allen Frear family, Mrs. Cole brings 24 years of educational experience, most of which have been spent in the Caesar Rodney School District. She has served in a variety of roles throughout her career, including Reading Specialist, Achievement Liaison Teacher (ALT), and Assistant Principal within the District

Mrs. Cole is deeply committed to building a collaborative and inclusive school community where every child can thrive. She looks forward to working closely with families, staff, and community partners to support the academic and personal growth of all students.

With a strong belief in the potential of every AFE Champ, she is excited to support the school's mission and goals. Together with Assistant Principal, Mrs. Rogers, the dedicated staff, and engaged families, Mrs. Cole is focused on ensuring a safe, engaging, and rigorous environment where all students are empowered to shine.
